thank you Anne, you are very kind :) whether or not it wins, i just hope it sparks some good ol' fashioned American pride, our country really needs some :)
are you going to PIQF? i should be there, it would be wonderful to meet you

Hi Sherry,
I won't be going to PIQF as I live in the UK maybe on day I will get the chance to visit the USA but until then I try to go to as many shows here as I can, the next one is in November in Cambridgeshire, a small show but very nice.
Again good luck with your quilts I look forward to hearing if you win anything

Thanks so much Margo :), I really felt strongly about creating a quilt that might spark some badly needed pride and patriotism in our country. whether or not it wins, i just hope it will be seen by many and remind us all what a great country we should have.

I went to your profile and looked at all your quilts; they're breathtaking :!: How do you do it? 3 children at home and you have time to make these masterpieces. WOW!!
