Membership renewal

I have noticed a few with a 'Star Member' star between Charter Star and Series 1 Star. I'm guessing they are ones who renewed before discussion of membership changes started. I just don't want anyone to get ahead of my on stars! :lol:

LOL!!! I'm jealous of the charter star too! lol. I guess thats why I don't want to miss out getting #4! lol. Aren't we aweful!!! :oops:

I just received the email about renewal, I didn't realize there was confusion, but now I am confused!

If we don't renew for this year, are we still a member? Can we still access the shows that we paid for in the previous years?

If it is like a magazine subscription, like they relate the subscription architecture to, then we should be able to 'review our old issues' right?

I wasn't confused about my membership until I started reading this forum :lol:

I looked at "my account" and figured I was fine because it was good until Dec. 2009. The email then came, which was a bit confusing too. As I read the Newsletter today, it became more clear. Series 3 is good to view until Dec. 2009; I needed to sign up for Series 4 and 5. I'm glad the Newsletter was easier for me to understand this time around or I would have missed out on the deadline for Series 4 and 5 thinking I was good until Dec. 2009

My birthday is next month--so I told DH that I was getting a pair of the scissors with the kangaroo on it for my birthday, and my subscription for 4 & 5 as my Christmas present, and that takes care of that.

I can't remember the brand, but it's the scissors here in the Shoppe with a kangaroo in the handles, so cute.

Pat - You have a new star - it is right after your charter star. This next year people get a star when they are active - it is no longer series based. While it might seem confusing at first, in truth we are simplifying.

Well, that's puzzling--the new star shows up on my account page and on my profile, but not when I post here. I wonder why that would be? I hate to bother the TQS folks with a silly question like this, does anyone here know why?
