I can watch Alex's videos with no problem but cannot get Jan Krantz hunter star to play. There is a lag between the video and the voice and the video just doesn't seem to play. I know when I watch Alex's there is a small video screen and Jan's there is a larger screen. When I watch the quilt show videos I have to use the slower internet connection even though I have a high speed connection.

Any suggestions on what I can try to watch these?
Thanks
Michelle

Michelle,
I think you should contact tech support about it. Even though it's probably at your end they may be able to assist you.

Michelle or Anyone having trouble seeing the Jan Krentz video,

I have a test video for you to try. Here is the link to click or put in your address bar:
http://www.thequiltshow.com/os/blog.php/blog_id/2783

This is a new code that the video company wants us to try. Can you see this video clearly and in sync?

Although I don't usually have a problem watching any videos, the new test one was much clearer. I like it!

Hi Capt'n John, It seems about the same to me. A fair amount of blurriness, and some disconnect between audio and visual. I just tried it through Safari on my system. What did you find out from the Apple folks?
Thank you for all the time you're spending to try to get this figured out!

I have had very few problems with the new format. Once in a while I'll get a fuzziness around the edges but that hasn't affected the viewing. The test video was great and, in that segment, no glitches at all. I really hope the problems can get fixed so everyone can watch as comfortably.

I don't have too much trouble with the new format but there were some blurry moments(buffering?) and sometimes the picture would dissolve into pixels. This test video was very crisp and clear. FYI,I use mozilla firefox as my browser,if that's any help.
