Month Four (April) Ruffled Roses

Are you ready to start another new day with a new pattern? I hope so – life is great and affords us many opportunities to start fresh and new – and today is a great day to start making a new quilt: Ruffled Roses. Each month, you will find the pattern for part of this quilt online. Just print the instructions, cut, stitch, press… and before you know it, time will have passed, and you will be ready to enjoy your own Ruffled Roses quilt. What a wonderful way to start each month!

Thanks so much for the help. Now to unsew the original side and complete the bottom one. This has been great learning.

YEA!! Good for you!! Lots better than shrinking and/or stretching it to fit!! :D

Month four is officially complete!

I have to share that it took me lots of careful sewing some ripping; but I'm so pleased that it measures just what it is supposed to measure on ALL sides! :D

I have no words to describe how overjoyed I am to have this part of the quilt done. If any of you heard what you thought were angels singing, it was my high pitch shrill as I finished putting on that last tiny blue border.

Now that I'm at this point, I will be taking a mini break and getting Celebration ready for quilting.
