Yes, Marie Webster's original book "Quilts: Their Story and How to Make Them" (first published in 1915 and republished many times until the 1940s) is available thru the Gutenberg Google site. However, Maries granddaughter Rosalind Webster Perry did reprint the book in 1991 and added a chapter about Marie herself, plus extra photos. I highly rcommend you add THIS book to your bookshelf as well. Just google The Quilters Hall of Fame and visit their museum shop. Karen Alexander, former President of TQHF

As an ardent fan, many congratulations on your latest publication. I have been diligently reading your instructions as well as drooling over your wonderful art. Thank you for all you have done for the quilting community. I had the pleasure of attending the Sisters' Outdoor Quilt Show several years ago. What a treat! Sisters is a wonderful community, filled with wonderful folks. My next goal will be to have the opportunity to join in one of your teaching classes. Thanks again, for all your inspiration.

"Quilts: Their Story and How to Make Them" by Marie D. Webster http://www.gutenberg.org/files/24682/24682-h/24682-h.htm This eBook is for the use of anyone anywhere at no cost and with almost no restrictions whatsoever. You may copy it, give it away or re-use it under the terms of the Project Gutenberg License included with this eBook or online at www.gutenberg.org I just happened upon this while browsing the web for something else, and I just had to share it with all of you. This book has lots of great illustrations. Enjoy, Nancy
