      "Old Window Frames" by BrinkofNorway

We at TQS are always inspired by the creative ideas our members have for showcasing their quilting skills.  Not bound by the restrictions that quilting can only be used for bedcovers or wall hangings, many of you have thought outside of the box.

While browsing through the Quilt Gallery we found this very clever idea.  Using a set of 150 year old window frames, BrinkofNorway inserted quilt panels that have been paper pieced and embellished with three-dimensional flowers.  Now who wouldn't want to close their windows at night for a glimpse of this work?
