My son went to school with a wonderful girl named Camie - they were good buds, in fact went to Sr. prom together. Because of their friendship - I became friends with Camie's Mom - Claire. Who, by the way is a quilter. Anyway, Camie recently moved WAAYYYY out in the country with her darling young family and the person they purchased the property from was a quilter. It seemed befitting that the quilt tops stayed with the property, so they were gifted to Camie. Yesterday Claire came over to show me the treasures..........and what to do, what to do (as they are unfinished). To say they are folk art in their nature and construction would be an understatement - but I have to tell you I LOVED them - so here is a peek at who and what was in my sewing room yesterday.
