I know this is over, but I have a question. Where does it say in the contest how to vote? I think it is by leaving a comment on the picture, but did I miss this in the description? I'm thinking perhaps I'm dense! lol...

The quilt you are showing is very beautiful and original, the material complements each piece and it has a bright uplifting look. It would be very cheery for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It has been on display a long time and I hope you consider it when you pick the winner for your contest, It looks like a lot of hard work was done in making this pretty little quilt. best of luck!!

I'm new at entering a quilt into a contest. Do I take a photo of my finished table runner and somehow upload it to Show and Tell?

I simply love the pattern for "Spring Counterpoint" by pattheclarinist. Count me in if the pattern becomes available. Absolutely beautiful.

What if you saw another artist's idea (never bought a pattern or book), but used your own selection of fabrics and made a similar project?

Yes, the contests are open to all TQS members! A kit can be altered as long as it is obvious that the new design is "your" orginal. We don't want to infringe on anyone's copyright design. Get those ideas going! Lilo

Can a kit be adapted so that it becomes an original design? I just ordered the kit but have no problem altering it.
