Dear Duffy.. The velvet is actually a silk/rayon....that is then hand-dyed by my dear friend Beth Hartford at www.quiltersstitchtogether.com. It is truly yummy to work with....not to mention the colors are so very rich! It does have a bit of stretch to it ...but with my particular form of appliqué...it does not pose any problems. Contact Beth for more info..... she can custom dye any color range you might be looking for....she's amazing!....Annette

Hi girls I love you work. Can you tell me a little more about these Rayon velvet. Ar they not to streschy. I do not know the corecct word I hope you understand what I mean. I love Skippy he will always welcome in my home. Lot of love from Belgium Duffy

Annette's (she's Summer) beautiful velvet hand-dyed roses! Simply beautiful! I love that Skippy,rotten rotten rotten. I saw Ricky drooling over those hand dyes,I was too! Love the roses and velvet. You guys are awesome!
