Since I found the new roll over tool in the blogs and some have commented on it, I figured I'd share how to do it! (Hmmm...I wonder what else I haven't found on here!) I really don't feel like doing laundry anyway! First you need to upload two pictures that you want to display. They can be a regular shot and a close up or a before and after shot or even something like an EQ6 design and the actual quilt! Once each photo has been uploaded, they will both be available on your list of images....
Choose the first photo you want. This will be the main photo that will show when visitors look at your blog.
Next, click on the "Advanced" tab and put a check mark in the "Alternative image" box under the "Swap image" heading. "For mouse over" is the image that will show when the visitor runs the mouse over the photo. You don't need to enter anything in the first box -- just choose a photo from your image list in the second box. "For mouse out" is what will show after the visitor removes the mouse from your photo. If you would like it to revert back to the original photo, choose your original photo -- the same one you entered in the "General" tab. Again, you don't need to enter anything in the third box, just choose the photo from the list in the fourth box.
Now you can click on the "Insert" button and you will have a fun, interactive photo in your blog like this!
Way to go Bob (the web guy) and TQS! It just keeps getting better and better! |
