Hubby has been busy on his new storage building. He needs to get it done fast so he can get his stuff in there, and then start working at a real job! (JK) I'm proud of him, he does excellent work. And he did it all by himself! (All I had to do was hold the string so he could figure the dimensions and make it all square. Something about geometry that I don't like to think about - it makes my head hurt! Edit note: Some have asked if some of my stash will be stored in this building .... I only wish!! No, it's for his equipment and tools. He has a lot of both due to being in the construction business for over 30 years. I am glad to see a home for all that stuff being erected; it will mean the garage attached to the house will be relieved of his stuff, as well as the small out-building that came with the property. On our Wisconsin property, we have FOUR outbuildings, so that's why this is so large! There are 2 "lean-to's" on either side of the structure. I'm not sure if walls are going to be around it all, or if some of it will be left open, with just a roof for protection. The greenhouse is one of those lean-to projections.

Doesn't it look great? He is putting skylights in the side of the roof that he's pictured working on. He's using the glass from the sliding glass doors we replaced on our residence. This is for the greenhouse that will go in, right below those skylights. He has the roof on now, and after the skylights are completed, he'll be enclosing some walls. In the first picture, you can see part of our vegetable garden. The peas produced abundantly, the green beans have slowed down, I harvested the cauliflower, radishes, spinach, and lettuce, and now we're on to cucumbers and tomatoes. The beets and carrots are also being used. Not much time for flowers this year, so I've been enjoying the pictures others have posted. Thanks, everyone!
