Today my brother (bi-polar) was taken to the intake center.  We are trying to get him a bed at the behavioral hospital.  He was missing for a day while in a mania with his dog.  The police found him and took him in about 8 am.  It took us till 3 pm to find the dog.  We are still looking for his car.  The police didn't have it towed and he is in no shape to be accurate with telling us.  For all we know he could have handed anyone the keys and given it away.

I think the hardest thing is the not knowing what is actually going on when his brain starts misfiring and feeling helpless to make it better.  The only thing to do is pray and ask for prayers from friends.
