Mom had a car accident this AM. Twelve stitches over her brow, left eye looks like a big purple tennis ball (eye shut), CTScan says "ok", taking precautions of waking her every 2 hours so to detect any concussion. The big problem was getting her BP back to normal. ER released her about 7PM. Car totaled.  I saw her myself and she said "I look worse than I feel." I left emphatic instructions with Floyd (her current husband) "If Mom won't wake up call 911 immediately, then call me immediately NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF NIGHT!" Floyd is usually about as useful as tits on a boar hog so we'll see if he follows those simple instructions.
