Lone Star Legacy - Quilts from Blanche Young & Helen Frost
The mother-and-daughter team of Blanche Young and Helen Frost have been creating inspired Lone Star designs for more than 30 years.
They developed an innovative strip-piecing technique and are always discovering new variations for this classic star design.
This special exhibit, presented at the International Quilt Festival in Houston this past fall, showcased the progression of their designs from their early work to the quilts they are making today.
