| I grew up with a needle in my hands, thanks to my mom, making doll clothes, my clothes and things for the home. My first quilt was for my second baby, who is now 31! However working and raising a family didn't allow much time to actually make many quilts. But I read and collected fabric and various "goodies" for years, and now that I've retired from teaching, it's all being put to great use. |
