| I retired in 2005 and with the encouragement of my sister-in-law, I began my first quilt in October of 2006. She had taken a basic class and taught me what she had learned. I started with a kit that I had purchased at a local quilt shop and was surprised at how easy it went together. My granddaughter was the recipient of this quilt. |
