Have been sewing since I tried Barbie clothes on my mom's Singer as a child! Later started on my own clothes and majored in Home Ec. - textiles at Univ.
When my kids were small I made clothes for them and esp. my daughter - until she decided "sewn clothes" weren't exactly the coolest thing! Now that my kids have grown and we are "empty nesters" I've returned to quilting - and lovin' it! |
