StephanieNewman | Oriental Waterlillies
Designed by Stephanie Newman, Tasmania, Australia. Machine blindhem stitched applique consisting of original design of bias stems, layered circles, leaves and my very own waterlilly 3D leaf in the centre, incorporates oriental flowers made using the Clover Flower yo-yo maker tool. All this, on a strippy background of restful spring colours.
Machine Quilted and bound using a machine blanket stitch to catch the back down and for embellishment as it is worked from the front.
