NancyinSTL | Kaimuki Dry Goods - Honolulu While vacationing in Honolulu in February 2010, I visited this wonderful fabric store. A Japanese quilter living on the island referred me there. She said that it was her favorite quilt shop where she purchases Fiesta Cotton used in Hawaiian quilts. She told me that this cotton is a little thinner than Kona Cotton, so many Hawaiian quilters prefer it. However, Fiesta Cotton and Fiesta Amish (difference is the colors) is being phased out at this store. They stock many of the 215 colors of Kona Cotton. Also, they have an online catalog at http://www.kaimukidrygoods.com |
